[dropcap]I[/dropcap]ts been happening for years especially this time of the year. Fishermen and Glass bottom boat tour guides have to sit back and relax while nature take it’s course.
Not many can truly relax as this is the only daily bread and way of survival for over 50 persons living in the Negril area. As they come together helping each boat/captain to either enter or exit the river.
Upon arrival on the scene, we were told that a tractor will be coming to clear the river so boats can pass easily without the current hassle and strain on manual labor.
